Personally wouldn't waste the effort fitting one. Make yourself a few bob and stick it up on ebay. :)

it was free and im getting sick of waiting to turn my car off, the harness looks fairly simple got a couple of wiring diagrams just need to know where to put:

the parking brake wire

the 12v constant behind the ignition barrel

the 12v ignition

the 12v accessory (whatever that means)

and if anyone cares :P

from the ignition barrel wiring plug :-

big white wire is perm 12v, splice with - (red wire turbo timer harness)

big blue wire is acc 12v, splice with - (blue wire turbo timer harness)

big black wire with red strip is ign 12v, splice with - (green & yellow turbo timer harness)

then connected the earth up to a ground (body) and the gray wire on the turbo timer spliced into the yellow and brown parking brake light wire of the car loom by your left knee ;)

this is pretty much similar to most turbo timers so this might be of some use :)

Then don't. Just drive the car off boost for the last few minutes of your journey. Problem solved...much more healthy too. :)

Thanks for the info alex.. I've got to fit my Blitz one sometime.

But yeah as Si says, you dont have to hoon it round everywhere just cos you now have turbos  just take it steady as you are heading that last bit of journey.

i cant use it when i come home but its fun when people say, 'oi mate youv left your car on', and i reply 'no i havent?' as it turns itself off :) its useful at the shops or mates houses thats it really :P and its clever too, i can use my alarm with it and if you take the handbrake off it turns off

i got the greddy turbo timer and is very handy lets the engine/turbo's wind down and shows speed and voltage! and looks good.
