Oil grades help req

As title what grades are suitable for high performance 300zx?

 

Tried searching [just as si says] but cannot really get an answer!!

    For Silverstreak, considering the modifications and power, I'd recommend either 5w50 (which ever brand Oilman sells in that grade) or Castrol 10w60.
