I can't believe he escaped jail although listening to the report no doubt this will haunt him for years to come :( common sense prevailed and that little b**tard may think twice before telling a teacher to eff off again :slap: :slap:

Although he went a bit far with the battering, im really pleased, it went his way, albeit been on remand for 8 months. There is no punishment in schools anymore and the kids of today know that noone can touch them, so they think they can get away with anything, its about time there was more that could be done regarding punishment, otherwise they will never learn.

So true Graham!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Too true Graham. Kids get off scott free and because of this, they think they are above the rules and the law.

When I was at school teachers were strict and you didn't mess, you learnt respect.

Exactly, we wouldnt have dared behave in such a way. Im not saying i was an angel, but with a dad for a prison officer, i didnt do anything that would be considered, out of order.

Ive just been having a discussion with my other half about this, as her 10year old is really testing me at the minute and i would love to belt the little bugger sometimes, but she is so bloody soft with him. I dont want to be a tyrant, but he never see's what he has done wrong and he is at the, oh my god stage, everytime you tell him to do something.

Rant over lol

I'm glad that common sense prevailed. The kids that were goading him for a reaction now know that their actions have consequences.
