what sizes are your wheels/tyres.

i have just paid £130 fitted per corner for my 265/35/18 they are falken fk452's which i rate quite highly tbh.

that was from blackcircles.

about £150 a tyre might pay a little bit more!

Falkens or Dunlops are going to be your choice then. Pretty sure Avons are going to be quite a bit more. But that depends on what sizes you're after I guess.

I`ve got Vredestein`s on my TT, at £135 a side they are not cheap but hold the road great! better than falkens imo, I`ve done the rounds with tyres over the years and i find these the best.

sorry guys forgot to mention the size of my tyres. 265 35 18 on the rear 235 45 18 on the fronts

DON'T bother with Avons - they're rubbish!! Despite the price, Avon tyres cannot keep a ZX on the road!!!

A lot of people on here swear by Falken FK452s; so I guess there's a lot to be said for that.

On (both of) my ZXs I have had Avon ZZ3s (absolute rubbish); Goodyear GSD3s (excellent tyres; but didn't last 5 minutes); Dunlop SP9000 Sports (again; excellent tyres and good value); and now on my latest ZX I have the new Goodyear F1 Asymetrics. And I have to say they are superb!!!

I use this place - they will come to your home or office....

I have 225/40/18 on the front and 265/35/18 on the rear; all four cost me £578 fully fitted; valve and balance etc!

I cannot recommend the tyres or the fitters enough!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I have Toyo proxes on the rear and have been very pleased with them. They aint cheap however i think tyres is one thing that you shouldnt go budget on as it is going to keep you on the road at the end of the day

Wise words mate - and not just for a 300zx; but for any kind of performance car!

Bridgestone potenza's

Agreed... have them on mine, really good and seem to be fairly hard wearing
