What would you do ! driving along 40mph in a 40mph raod , and a toyota celica 1.8 is a whisper from my rear bumper with two hoodeis in it , i igorned them ,they overtook, on a 40mph road , and then the waQQQ sign to me , and i never returned any thing,very unusal for me to stay calm , how would you have responeded ?

I had some twit in a BMW do this to me going threw a long stretch of road works.

 

The limit was down to 40 and he came tanking up behind me from way back could see him in the mirror baring down on us. He then proceeded to sit no more than a few feet away from me at 40 miles an hour.

 

Like most of you I would normally do the same thing if pushed, simple tap of the brakes, get the point accross, but he was so close that even a tap on the brakes would have put him into the back of me.

 

Now when the cones finnished I pulled over and as you would expect got dogs abuse from him as he passed me, thats when things got childish when he pulled in front and accelerated away I simply sped up and did the same to him, he didn't like me sitting up his rear end at stuped miles an hour and slammed on his brakes then sped off, so like an idiot I went taring after him again, eventually I backed off as we were going so fast the lisence would have been out the window if I had been stopped.

 

Thankfully I've grown up a bit.

 

 

Only a bit though.

I just use the windscreen washer a LOT. They get fed up getting water all over their screen and tend to back off.

Yrs ago 25+, my freind used his rear washer and had brake fluid in it ,and sprayed people that upset him :biggrin:

Just the same as you.

I never waste my time by acknowledging low life scum etc.

More to life really.

 

Likewise - I'd most likely do nothing as well......

Best just to ignore them dont bring yourself down to there level but if they really upset you just:2guns:them:angry:

try not to react in any way because they always get hurt if you react,,as for the people who give signs by the hand and finger and beep there horn just ask for trouble,

i cant just sit there and do nothing!! theres numerous times where ive slowed right down and stopped, then get out of the car to confront them, 95% of the time they kak themselves and say sorry or even reverse and turn around! haha :punk:

 

i just dont let them bully me!
