They look so crisp and well finished in the flesh. Hard to describe. Saw an M3 with a set on last week and you're instantly drawn to the wheels. Not in a 'look at this' type of thing, but just something that captures.

I wouldn't have red centre caps. I like to keep colours to a minimum, so would only have black ones. MUCH easier on the eye. :)

I've always liked them. Along with HRE 540R (even rarer than BBS LM) and Work VSX-X...which are only available with a max of 18".

 

 

 

I do ummm and arrr about keeping it, but that's only if something went wrong financially in my life. I have no reason to sell right now and the only thing I'd replace it with would be an NSX or Ferrari 348. But happy at the moment. I have money to tinker with the Z and also to do loads of other stuff. Something I'd not be able to do if I bought either of these two.

 

There's so much I want to do with mine....slowly coming round to the idea that I want to change it all....not drastically. Just in the detail. So this is why I am going to get it repainted at the end of the year with some small touches, ie UK glass, 99 front end and the new wheels.

Nice enough wheels, but not over keen on them on a zed, they seem more at home on a german marque imo. The zed is such a fussy car when in comes to wheels I think. They either make it or break it.

I think they look very much at home on a Z. These are only 18s and they look good.

 

If I go a size up, they'll look a bit more imposing without looking too large. This is the overall look I want for my Z as well.

 

 

Slightly larger...too big for a SWB, but perfect size for a 2+2

 

Lifes to short Si if you like them go for it and enjoy it when your to old to drive you will look back and be glad you never held back:wheelchair:

I think those wheels and other many spoked designs only work well on certain coloured Zeds, white being one of them. I don't think they'd work well on mine for example.

 

So it's each to their own and my advice is if you want it, go for it and sod the money. You might win the lottery whilst they're in transit !

Shoudl just go for it you already knwo thats what you want........so why not mate? If the cash is there buy it!

As for the pictures of the swb, i think that looks very nice with those wheels on!
