For those of you who don't know the name Mike Kojima....you simply should. Kojima gained popularity amongst Z32 owners by building Project 300ZX in the now defunct Sport Compact Car magazine in the US many years ago.

 

Anywho, here is his latest VG30DETT Engine Tech from his own website MotoIQ.com. If you ever want to take your car knowledge to a higher level, you should really check out that site.

Good read , the V12 jag engine had the same problem with the back two cylinders over heating , and was corrected by cleaning the residue metal in the ports,.

Nice article a lot of it is repeated from his first article, and he seem to mention faults with the engine that no one has ever heard of before, it may be from his race experience but I have a sneaky suspicion it is just race build paranoia :)
