Swapped my N/A for a 1990 twin turbo, and had it running today, noticed that the left hand side turbo is leaking water, but there doesn't seem to be any coolent in the water??? Even though I've given it fresh coolent change today? Also although the drivers side is smoking, it doest seem as though it's the oil seals on the turbo as it doesn't smell of burnt oil? Can the water seals in the turbo go?

ย

Also it looks like it's still got the original exhuast on from 20 years ago, and when revved, spits out crap loads of water out of both pipes, it was that bad you could here it gurggling on idle, good thing is it holds it's temp and doesn't over heat, can't work out how so much water is getting into the exhaust system and it isn't even got coolent in it?

ย

Also been under the car and had a good poke about, and everything is looking very good. It idles nicely, and revs past 2500, checked the airfilter but no water there any ideas?

Looks like normal condensation from the exhaust pipes, a good run should sort that. Turbo's are water cooled, but it could be from any water pipe in that area.

Thats what i thought but if it is my rear boxes must have swimming pools in them?

Looks good mate.

Nice wheels............I do really like them and i was thinking on asking for them back, but they are similar i feel to the ones i have, also i offered you them so i wont go back on that, and i think im going to go after some deeper dish wheels.

Looks like a nice zed tho. I have a tailgate available with smoothed rear window wiper and also no need for perspex strip in black if intrested.
