My stoptech brake blueprint went to japan a few weeks ago so they could tell me if I could get a set of 18s. Unfortunately they have reccomended 19s so those will be the seven spoke titanium as the five spokes dont go above 18s.

 

Anyhows do these sizes look sensible enough from rays?

These are the sizes that RAYS recommend.

 

57S-pro

Front:19x85 ET35B 5-114 - £653.04 + vat each

Rear:19x95 ET35B 5-114 - £655.15 + vat each

Colour: RMC/Ti rim

 

Delivery time: 8 to 10 weeks from initial order.

To place the order we will require a 25% deposit.

 

The 57pro is not available in 19”

Rears ok. Front offset is weak though. Do they offer any lower offsets for the 8.5" .....ET18, ET22, ET25 ?

 

Otherwise your going to want to be bolting on a 15mm spacer to get it looking right.

i would personally go for a more aggressive offset but it depends what stance you want . 9.5j et20 and 8.5j et15 would give a nice aggressive stance but may be a tight squeeze without any arch work.

For the rear 9.5j ET35 is the limit on stock arches...so yeh a 20 would need a lot of arch work!

 

ET20 is about the limit on the front with a 8.5j without arch work......could squeeze a 15 under with some archwork.

You'd need to completely fold the arch round to run ET20 on a 9.5" wheel

 

ET35 is near perfect for the back Martin. Will be completely flush with the arch. Fronts I'd look at going for a +20 if you can. Again, won't need any arch work and will look pretty flush on an 8.5" wheel.

cool I will see if I c an get the ET20s on the front, I dont want any arch work just a set of 19s that fit nicely :sweatdrop:

 

These puppies need to be right at this price so I dont want to take any chances.
