Question

 

I have changed the side light bulbs set in the Fog lights to orange.

 

Bought some Clear indicator side lenses. plugged the Indicator into the Large pod, then clear small bulbs in the smaller pod of the indicator lense, and connected these to the now orange side lights, so i have two sets one orange and one white.

 

The white ones now being the legal side lights but should I keep the orange or make them white as well (legal wise)??

Don't see a problem with it, quite a few factory cars have orange side lights now, even BMWs now.

You gotta have a white sidelight at the front to be legal. The amber ones you describe are legal, as long as you keep the other ones white.

Why on earth would you want orange side light bulbs??

my reason was U.S style sidelights/running lights, had seen some pics & liked the look.

 

Must be the only person! Most of them remove them for JDM clears. LOL

I removed the orange dome inside the lights. Then fitted orange bulbs lol.

Orange is awful as well as pointless. I don't think you should. But it's up to you.
