I just can't seem to get the small (I think) injector connectors off. Anybody any hints?. Just need these off then its nearly engine out time.

Pair of long nose pliers mate. give em a wiggle, but be carefull if they are that stuck, will probably crack as they become brittle after age.

Worth getting a set of new ones,

As Stu says maybe worth getting new ones as if they (or should I say when they) break they dont seem to seat back on properly and obv the car runs badly.
