I was sat having my tea last night while watching the BBC news and the top story was about Tiger Woods and his televised apology.

 

TOP STORY!!!!!!

WTF? Top story that was sooooo important that it placed a story about a young boy, killed by his own brother, further down the schedule!

Just because he's a famous golfer who's been shagging around. Now I'll admit he's a very good golfer, and he shouldn't of cheated on his wife, but FFS who really cares that much?

 

What is our world coming to when it's seen as far more important to talk about someone's infidelity than the murder of an innocent boy?

 

I'm utterly disgusted!

celebreties sell, Dave, that's the sad answer. im sure there are people who get all excited about reading all about the latest celebrity gossip which other people wouldn't even use as toilet paper. remember it's money that makes this world go around, not justice :(

Yeah, but this was the BBC main news of the day, you'd expect them to put things in a little more prospective and leave all the sad-fu**er news to the Jeremy Kyle brigade who lap it up!! ;)

JT is another one who lives in their own wee world, all footballers to me are overpaid underachievers, it annoys the life out of me when I hear the likes of Andy Gray and some of the other pundits saying these guys are tired from playing too much, more playing = less training for me, well seeing they dont have a real frickin job, as for Tiger couldnt care less either way, he has more money than I will ever have, its just typical human greed and stupidness thats created all this, all the trash magazines about stars etc, what a load of crap.

 

As for headline news, sorry but that doesnt wash, there are soldiers in Afghanistan doing a gr8 job, compared to Tiger, doesnt even come close to being more important. People in positions have got it all wrong as usual.
