ryan ferguson has just been charged with the murder of man, now i know of this ryan and he has been nothing but trouble since being a kid, he lives next to one of our properties and i came across him after all our windows were put out about ten years ago (making him eight at the time),he admitted doing it but nothing was done as nothing could be proved (my word, his word, minor and so on), he even tried to put the window through when i was putting in the putty after just being fitted

 

he climbed onto the roof of his local school once to smash the skylights, he went through them and sued the school and won as the school hadnt took the measures to stop him from climbing up their in the first place:rolleyes:

 

he has stolen cars, motorbikes, shoplifted, fought and even glassed someone to steal their mobile phone (got six months for that):rolleyes:

 

now he and his brother have just been charged with murder after trying to steal a hardworking mans TV from his house, they beat and stabbed him to death (alledgedly)

 

i had to have a few words with ryan a few years ago for trying to break into one of our properties and it was just like water off a ducks back to him

 

his mum is a dirty coke head who knocks about with local hardmen and thats how he has gotten away with the petty stuff for so long as no-one dared give him a clip, she is as much to blame for his behaviour as ryan himself and should be locked away aswell

 

i hope they throw the book at this little tw4t as its what he deserves, hope he gets a cell with a nasty sod who gives him what he really deserves, its just a pity some hard working man has had to give his life for ryan to recieve what he should have had a long time ago (a long prison service)

The world is a strange place, I got arrested and charged with assault in spain and all I was doing was breaking up the fight, Thankfully the drunken SPAINISH lads stuck up for me to the police while we were in the cells while the english lads still wanted to fight!!!! what is it with british youths of today wanting to be the big man!!! Im only 27 but I knew as a kid that the bigger man walked away!!!

The sad part is he'll be out in what 10 years or less, and while he's inside he'll be playing his PS2 taking drugs and doing **** all constructive. For taking a man's life that's totally unacceptable, he should be executed IMO. The part you mention about falling through the sky light and getting compensation is all too believable these days - sickening. I guess it's partly the result of having a Labour Government for so long with policies that throw money/benefits at single mothers, who themselves have never had any discipline in their lives.

Perhaps single teenaged girls should be forced to have an abortion instead of being rewarded with a social house and benefits.

I know my views could be seen to be a little hard line right wing, but my god the Lefties have sure done a comprehensive job of ****ing the country up to the best of their socialist ability.

I have had this conversation with my wife so many times - too many single mothers - too much supporting people who refuse to support themselves - too little responsibility for peoples actions. This country is rapidly degenerating into a pile of crap from these kinds of liberal attitudes. People need to take on personal responsibilty for their situation rather than welching off the state.

 

Last year I was working 3 jobs to make ends meet (including doing night shifts in Tesco's because money was so tight). Too many young people these days blow their money on booze and fags and think they are going to be a pop star or a professional football player... or even worse just can't be bothered. It is endemic in todays society that a lot of kids are simply pig lazy!! (To be honest I know a lot of young people who work bloody hard too but that number as a proportion is diminishing).

 

People blame migrant workers for not being able to get a job but that simply isn't true! The fact of the matter is, most migrant worker who come to this country work bloody hard - usually in jobs that most British people won't do.

 

If these are old fashioned conservative values then the quicker we implement them the better. I have no problem with working hard for the things I want and to provide for my family and if that means I have to go out and clean the streets for a living then that is what I will do.

A lot of this antisocial behaviour started when they stopped you from disciplining your children and getting the cane in school etc. Nothing ever has any consequences any more, I was in bed one night where we used to live and heard two nipper chav types trying to steal my wifes car. They had broken in and were just in the process of slide hammering the ignition barrel out when I started chasing them down the road.

 

As they ran for it I jumped in my car and drove after them, they started walking and tried to pretend that they did not know anything about it. I got out and lost my temper at one of the little gobby twats. They then both made a run for it and I got hold of one and beat the crap out of him.

 

Car thefts locally continued, but my stuff never got touched again.

Awful story, and I agree that children are a product of their environment an they learn what they live. He'll have had this future mapped out ahead of him before he was even conceived. Sad truth is there are a lot of kids born in this country who just don't have even a fighting chance of turning out right because they are born to no more than mere kids themselves. I think its all too easy to blame "single mothers" (I was one for years, pretty sure I'm doing a good job of perenting Tasha and bringing her up right). It goes much deeper than this and its too easy blaming just political parties and saying the answer is to bring back capital punishment (personally I will never believe that the state has a right to take someone's life and I firmly believe 2 wrongs don't make a right, although i do agree prison sentencing should be tougher and life inside should be harder)

The question is WHY are kids as young as 11 having sexual relationships? And why are the consequences of sexualising children not being looked at from the bigger perspective? To me it seems that as a society we are all rather focussed on material wealth and gains without much focus on developing the skills and work ethic to obtain material things, plus there is a whole underclass of kids born to kids who have never worked, where alcohol and drug abuse starts at an early age because if family history of drug.alcohol use and slowly but surely there are more and more people having children younger and younger, and these child parents are failed by the education system because their own parents were failed by the education system and its just too simple to say don't give single mothers anywhere to live or support.

In an ideal world of course we wouldn't have school age parents but in order to prevent that, an awful lot of work and education needs to take place at grass roots levels to try to help these poor b@stards before the rot sets in. How DO you reach kids like this with drug addict parents who don't know what its like to come from a loving family? and how do you stop them having sex/kids/taking drugs/getting into trouble and, worst case scenario, end up committing murder?

 

I'm not defending this lad at all, and he should be punished accordingly but I don't think its as simple as forcing teenage girls/drug users/criminals to have abortions - to my mind that's not too far from the Nazis/far right way of thinking
