Okay, lets say hypothetically speaking I were to aquire a zed that had a cloth interior and was in a colour i didnt particularly think suited it...

Has anyone any rough costs of a retrim into leather? Single colour would probably do but from memory Apache's (Phils!) car looks the dogs with its two tone. The car is a SWB so there is less to recover than a LWB. Has anyone much experience with this or costs or company names... Cheers!

Also if I wanted to change the colour as far as I can tell I have two options. The first is the traditional respray which is okay but you have to inform DVLA etc. Now the alternative is a vinal wrap, I've seen this done to a few vehicles in pictures and it looks great. (Although it of course isnt going to do the door shuts is it??)

Has anyone had anything wrapped, again ideas of costs companies etc :)

For the leather retrim i have my eyes on this and ive heard a few good reviews about these retrims. Meant to be a right pain to fit but looks spot on when finished

There is a seller in the states that keeps cropping up on ebay that does replacement leather bits for all the tweed interior bits like the doors, glovebox and centre tunnel. Cant seem to find it at the moment but goes for about 80 quid

Ah thats look cool, i suppose i could have it fitted by someone who was a bit more useful than me...! certainly looks better than cloth.

they fit it for a 1000 pounds i think, i know someone who got these and says theyre great for the price.

£1000 fitting?! Seriously how come its so expensive?! There is an upholsterer down the road will try them!

loads of info on the skyline board about wraps, costs seem to be from 1k to 2k depending on quality. However, the bodywork needs to be in good order otherwise any dings etc will still show with the wrap.

I thought it seemed too good to be true!

Does anyone have any trimmers in the north west they could recommend?
