Started feeling rough this morning and its just got gradually worse and worse! My stomach is in agony now and nothing offers any relief at all!

 

I seem to get a fvckin bug every year and it always seems like the same time aswell. My Grandpa died last year in November and i got ill with the same thing then! Is it just the time of year or what?

 

FFS i wish i could just chuck and feel better :(

There was a bug on the ward were i work and they had to deep clean etc but that was a 24 hour bug and everyone was ok after that! I hope it is that cos i really can't afford to loose work right now!

Pretty lucky in the fact that I don't get ill very often, but when I do, it's game-over. Had a cold last month that just wouldn't shift and only within the last week has the cough stopped. I was bedridden in January with some weird thing. Bit like flu but wasn't (never ever had the flu). Before that it was food poisoning a few years ago and the time before that was like 5 years ago with a chronic ear infection....that again made me bed-ridden. Lost all balance and felt sick all the time....in the middle of a heat wave too so was particularly unpleasant!

I thought you got the flu jab to stop this happening?

I've waited 4 days for this, been up since 4 this morning and the worse thing is I'm away at work so if I want to go home I have to drive 3hrs feeling like this! and it's horrible.

And so the cycle begins, chuck, feel better, build up again and chuck etc etc........
