laptop problem

Anyone know what has caused this?

and how i fix it?

Afaik we havent put any new hardware/software on it.

Works fine for a few minutes, open windows+ soon after goes to this screen, where nothing seems to work.

    could be a few hardware problems but both times i have had that screen its been ram failure

    my pc had 2 sticks of ram (2x 1GB) and only one failed so what it did i took one out at a time till pc was ok then replaced that one this happened both times on different rigs
