Surely the handbrake is always on the same side as the steering wheel though? The handbrake isnt on. If it was neg reversed wouldn't the handbrake be swapped as well?

Not its an lhd motor. no idea why the handbrake is on the otherside?? Most proberly to save money in developing new moulds etc?

dont know mate never seen a left hooker z but seen quite a few cars with handbrake on wrong side always presumed it was cos manufacturers deemed it too much hassle/expense to put it where it should be.

just checked handbrake is on the correct side for a lefty

Maybe this was a LHD car with a right hand conversion done, but they have left the handbrake section alone.

Handbrakes are on this side regardless of whether they are LHD or RHD.

Incorrect pal, the LHD 300zx's have the handbrake in the same position as the RHD ones, nissan never bothered to change it....

nah, that´s right..for a LH drive the handbrake is there where it is on lahsx´s "pic flipped" pic
