I used to. I found it good but very bloated. I switched to Eset Nod32 and haven't looked back. Literally THE best anti-virus software on the market. It's so stream-lined I can even run it on my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) while running Cubase+a myriad of audio plug-ins without causing glitches, crashes etc even when recording, which is pretty much unheard of with anything else. It's also incredibly customisable, something which is a priority for me. I definately recommend it.

go to google and type spybot..free download to nuke all spyware and shit hanging around your puter. also configure your pc to delete all history and viewed internet pages every time you close down and this keeps your RAM clean and fresh

Nod32 is trash, it started off amazing, now its gotten extremely bad. 50% memory useage when downloading things, its always scanning, it just laggs the crap out of your computer, IMO use Avast its alot better, oh and its free.

I've got to disagree with that as well - all of my customers use NOD32 and we've never had issues with performance or virus outbreaks :D Are you referring to V4.0?

One of our biggest customers insists on using Kaspersky on all machines connected to their network, so anything of ours they use has to have it on.

A pain to install, worse to configure and slows the laptops down markedly, to the stage where in some extreme cases its causing issues with our software and pumps. Most annoying!

AVG is the one to go for, have been using it for years and touch wood never had any probs, always catches anything and doesnt slow my pc down either.
