Can anyone give me an idea of how much I could sell my Jap 1990 2 seater NA for? It's done around 60K has has just had a new clutch. Condition is probably average to good.

Hi,

 

I've got some pics but need to scan them, when I do I'll send them to this site's rides section.

 

The interior is blue cloth, it has a CD player and imobilser (no alarm), Powerflow exhaust but with Symons racing boxes on the back.

 

The colour of the car is dark metalic blue.

 

It's got the usual areas of wear, chrome coming through on the roof panels and a couple of small paint chips on the bonet.

Well thats just great. I work in Corston, your side of Malmesbury.

Yesterday I gave up waiting for a good Z to come along and bought a RX-7.

I work in Sherston, just down the road from Corston, can't believe you bought an RX7 over a Z!

 

Hairsy's Z sounds like a mean Z, I'd be happy to swap for me NA for it ;-)

 

Anyone got an idea of how much I could put the NA up for?

Probably best to look on Autotrader.co.uk and find cars that are similar to yours...

That'll give you an indication on what you can put the car up for.

Just found a SWB NA with big wheels and a sports exhaust for £4700! Gutted! I didn't think my Z would depreciate that quickly (I paid £6000 for it about 18 months ago). I can't believe how much car some lucky sod is going to get for about 4 grand - one day!

Alot of the Z's you see advertised are often in rough condition...although they are advertised as being 'excellent! I know from experience, having looked at lots last year.

Also, many of the NA's are autos, and therefore not as desireable as a good manual non-turbo car.

If a car seems cheap, it probably deserves to be!
