My zed is over-fueling, was like this when i purchased it.

So just wondering what may be the main cause.

Will it require a fresh re-map?

I assume over-fueling will be bad for the rebuilt engine:headvswal

No mate, i had bought new ones but the ones on the car where in good working order i was told like new.

the ones on the car hadnt been in there very long, no offence to mikey, but i would get it to jeff and get it sorted once and for all, there is a lot of stuff to go wrong with the zed an i dont think mikey has the experience with zed engines yet to sort it out 100%

Is everything standard, injectors and turbos etc.,and has the electrics been played around with, i.e adding a boost controller etc., it seems strange for it to start overfuelling. make sure all the connectors / connections are really clean as it has been known that the connection to the new O2 sensors are dirty and thus not getting a proper reading. Also check connection to the MAF.

Also check connection to the MAF.

Agreed, I had a severe over fuelling problem and Jeff identified a faulty MAF as the culprit. Replaced and all was good again...
