Hi all,

Im in the process of sanding down and preping my 350Z calipers as they wasnt in the best condition with paint chips etc.

I was just wondering whats the best method and paint to buy?

I know it has got to be high temp paint but where is best place to buy the materials from?

P.s i want to spray them and not use a brush for best results.

Cheers

Dan

I used hammerite before, sure that would be not bad in the spray can.

good and cheap to do nice selection of colours.

Hi Bud, I used Halfords high temp spray paint in red and it looked terrible !!! more of a cheap orange colour more like!! I sent it back and swapped it for some VW ordinary red spray paint and it works fine and looks great.

DaZ.

just get satin black and make the 1st coat a powder flash over to give the second coat adhesion..ive always used this and it gives a factory look to the calipers as i then scrape a flat blade over the "nissan" logo with finnishes it off nice..;)
