Any ideas on what suspension to buy that handles well but is not silly low?

get yourself some coilovers.

 

Theres quite alot of different sets available and have height adjustability so you can set them to whatever height you want.

I highly recomend the BC coilovers. fantastic quality for the price and every thing is full adjustable :)

Funny how different people view different things - I nearly did my pants @ that price to purely change height of the car.

Oddly enough I have to raise the height of my motor to accommodate my rear 275/35/19's lol

D2's On the 300, they are nice but very hard and bouncy

Apexi on the 200, really nice not too hard and not at all bouncy

AMS coilovers. Amazing quality. You can get the AMS arms and other camber gear too.
