hello every1

just fitted controller

joined actuator to actuator with a t to the com part of controller

the 2 nipples under big main inlet pipes joined them with t to other side of controller

but what ever setting its on cant get more then about 10 psi

capped of everything else that was open

didnt un plug old boost solinoid wires just read this could keep at 14psi

any help on if i have done something wrong would be great

To make the boost controled read in PSI isnt easy, you have to follow the actions in the manual, but really quickly.

Standard problem with the instructions on these mate. They tell you to connect to one hole on the unit but it's the wrong one. Just swap over and it will work fine. Have a look at the post I have just put up of my enging bay and you will see how it should be.

just changed pipes round and un screwed nipple on the controller and placed in other hole

still the same

around 9psi

aint that standard boost

i presume you have unplugged the oem boost solonoids?? as if you havnt it will boost to 9psi

i unplugged wires and removed all hoses and plugged nipples on big pipes

the only thing i can think of could it be leaking boost

it runs really smooth when accelarating

on idle its smooth to, but get little pop out exhaust not a backfire almost like a missfire but sounds quite good but its allways done that

would it have to be a big leak to loose so much boost

i have put it to

set 100

gain 35

start boost whatever it went up to get it to go up but it wont still around 9 psi

Sounds like the boost controller is doing nothing so I would say you need to go back and look at how it's plumbed in. I think it's got something to do with the 3 holes and the instructions being wrong! This sounds like the same problem I had. If not it may be a faulty unit.
