... Made some great progress today test fitting the new Rad and the additional Autobox oil and engine oil rads as well. Still work in progress but...

 

It all looks pretty good with FMIC taped in place temporarily - I need to do this as I am starting to fabricate the (stillen) bumper to supply enough air to the right places now.

 

Just awaiting delivery from Dan of the BELTS and the injector seal kit and then it will be a case of taking two days off to finish polishing the plenum - lol!!! :nana2:

Hiya Matey - fairly locally in Hounslow area.

 

Happy to hook you up if your interested - but I am sure you could find a local metal plating company in lovely Essex ;-))

 

I basically researched what was available locally, visited a couple of factories, and finally placed a couple of test pieces with a couple of the metal platers/polishers that I thought I could work with direct. Finally selecting one to give the bulk of the work to. I get very good prices because generally I polish/prepare the part ready for cleaning/plating where possible. The labour is in the preparation - like everything else I guess. ;-))
