And for the feedback, in the left hand panel below your user name, avatar etc, there are a series of small icons at the bottom of each person's box. There's one with a small yellow certificate type thing. Just click on that (in the appropriate person's post) and you'll see what to do;)

 

It's the one to the left of the little red Z (which links you to that persons ride details)......
