My indicators have stopped working but my hazards lights work. checked fuses all OK, checked that i have 12v to indicator unit, there are 2x 12v wires on the connector block on the back of indicator arm! Also checked when arm is to the left or right position contacts showing 0.1 ohms on each side.

Anybody know how this block works?

Or has anyone had this problem what did they do!!

Do i need a new indicator arm?.

Please help!!!!!!Paul

check the plug on the back of the hazard switch hasn't come loose,mine did exactly the same thing

the hazards & the indicators are on a different curcuit.

check the bulbs, and the fuses in the drivers footwell

If you pull the connector off the hazard light switch you have no indicators.

On some level they have to be on the same circuit.

Hi guys thanks for feedback. The problem was traced to the hazard switch securing plate unit the plastic the 2 screws go in to had broke up and logged in the hazard switch!! new pod fitted and now everything works. Cheers.

What do you mean by 'logged in' the hazard switch?

think he means "locked" mate

Or possibly 'lodged' now i've read it again. I think we need grammar/spelling police on here!

nah...we just need sykicks:rofl::rofl:

He means ,the ingress of foreign matter which was once part of the integretty of the structure, has at some time altered its molecular composition due to unknown forces,seperated and become an interfering obstruction in the smooth fuction of the said hazzard switch.Or in layman terms "FOOKED IT UP":D
