It's actually the entire quarters, not clip in illumination bits. It's bonded to the window.

Joel, are these on your zed. if so, any chance of some pictures from inside, ive got another idea to use El panel........

its not bonded to the window, its does indeed cover the whole window but it just clips into the trim.

Are you sure? The original piece comes as a complete unit, incl. quarters which are bonded on.

I think joel has realised that all these show and shine silly gimicks are a waste of time, he wants to sell all the crap and put the moeny to good use to start tracking his car :D

i think that would look pritty good at night time, especially with an illuminated rear centre panel.

do you have some pictures of it on the car at night time mate? and how you wired it up?

I'll offer £10.00 + P&P for both complete!!

:D

Too rich for my blood!!

Joely, how does £60.00 for the pair sound? email me dannyjhunter@hotmail.com

still cold im afraid bud!

put it this way... as they double up as a shade, they effectively tint the window, so after the sale id have to pay to tint the rear 1/4s... id also want to make a tidy profit to warrant selling the old girls as i like em and the mrs loves them!

for this reason i wouldnt consider selling them for anything less than 150 notes (even then i would need convincing!)... which is why il prolly never sell them!

they are wired into the oem loom much the same as my illuminated centre panel was... i dont know whether they added these plugs to the loom on manufacture, depending on the customers extras, or whether all zeds have the plugs but unused..?.

AFAIK they were factory fit extras, so would of had the extra wiring added specially, same as the rear panel.

its pointless me taking a pic of the outside in the daylight as it just looks like a tinted rear quarter glass... if you look really closely you can just about see the 300zx logo, though my camera cant pick it up, just reflections. il get a pic of it illuminated 2nite.

heres a pic from the inside to give you an idea:
