How do you cut it out to make it a double din???

Hacksaw out the middle bar then rebuild it to the shape/angle you need (probably).

What Graham said, just do a bit at a time and use a file for the last few bits so as to make sure you don't take too much out.

becuase when you cut out the middle bar you are left with the cut off ends which you need to fill and smooth for it to look better.

 

Unless your headunit sticks out further than the DIN fascia, in which case it would hide the ends and you wont need to do any fibreglassing.

Thats spot on that. Have a fiberglass kit at home but never done any fiberglass work, is it easy? Any advise would be good
