photo driving licence

form D798 Application to renew the photo on a driving licence came through the post today looks like mines goes out of date end of the month and if you dont renew you can be fined up to £1,000 it cost's the price of a passport photo £4 and a cheque to the dvla for £20! thanks.

    I've recently changed address and you used be able to get away with paying that way - but now I still have to pay £20 because I am changing the photo!!!
