Hiya peeps, my names Gavin and im from bristol:D. i currently drive a Subaru impreza wrx but in the process of tidying it up ready for a saale so i can get the cash for a nissan 300zx. for some strange reason i have taken to the 300zx latey, now what do i look for when i look for a 300zx ? as i dont want to get a duff one. i have never owned a V6 but i do like the sound of the beefy tone it gives too.

welcome mate. have a lok at the buyers guide for help. just make sure the car is mechanically sound and if is a uk one check for rust. there are a few different models out there so find the one you want.

What model are you after ? There are several varations.

 

Body style - LWB(2+2) / SWB(2+0)

Engine - Twin Turbo / Non-Turbo

Roof - Targa/Slicktop/Convertible

 

Most Z's in the UK are Imports.

 

All UK models are 2+2 Twin Turbo Targa. Imports available in pretty much every combination.

 

2+2 only available as Targa, while the rarer 2+0 also available in even rarer slicktop (Lighter, stiffer) and Convertible (summer cruising) versions.

im not really sure what im after, i know the non turbo model give out roughly the same power as my subaru, but i am very tempted by the twin turbo. what the fuel com like ? as for body style, i do like my long cars, so i could go for a 2+2.

Yes, it's KH6 which is pearl white metallic.

after a little looking i come across this midday today, spoke to the chap and was trying to get my mate to give me a lift to bournemouth to view only to leave it a little to late it was snapped up, im gutted as i love the colour
