T25/T28 T3/T4 - Confused!

Whats the difference between a T25 and T3 fitting? Im looking at some hybrid turbos of various guises but in all honesty I don't know what will bolt straight in/need mods to fit.

 

I guess the T3 is a 5 bolt downpipe fitting but will the manifold flange fit?

i.e. ebay item 160336287746

 

Anyone know any good suppliers of T25/T28 hybrids as to my understanding these bolt straight in...

    get the GT2560R (aka GT28R), it's a ballbearing T25/T28 hybrid made by garrett.
