whats up with it mate. had one of these in the other day. was also a slag done a lot to it. never know i might be able to help?

daughter runs out of petrol...puts juice in and runs like a bag of shite,so i persume filter blocked after picking up bottom of tank..reverse blow filter out and resulting in good fuel pressure when connected (finger over "out" end) but the car hestitates and does not want to rev clean as if the its got a fuel blockage which it has'nt:confused:...also the cat has begun stinking like when a catalyst is cold (egg smell)

well the car i done didnt run out of fuel but the auto box had gone. run fine prior to this. after new box was in car run like bag of crap. wouldent rev clean and would jerk about. tried everything on it. turned out to be the air flow meter which is part of the upper half of the inlet manifold. common fault i was told????? might be worth a try. got 1 from scrappy for £20

thought about the maf aswell...take filter top off and its just under the gauze init as you look down...cheers mike will buy one tomorrow on sale or return from local scrappy
