My rear window trim seal has kind of pealed up at the corners (as below). It's been like it ever since I got the car 6 months or so ago.

 

 

I've been told that the seals are no longer available new, and a second hand one is likely to be brittle and break if I tried to remove and fit it. Anyone any suggestions?

Now I've just got a pesky leak that appears to come out the targa itself.

 

You know where my "targa drain tech" threads are I assume??

Yeah, sorted that some time ago. This leak appears to be coming from the actual targa behind the front end cap on the targa.
