Hi - looking really good - which throttle bodies did you opt for in the end - from another car - or 300Degree?

Keep the pictures coming man - love it.

They're 60mm TB's off another Nissan. Don't know the model as I picked up the polished plenum/ TBs together from another member some time ago

loving it well done mate, if you mind me asking how much has it cost up to now?

if you have to ask ...

must be getting onto 40k for the whole car now over the last 4years (not including insurance and fuel)

Adjust clutch to get 5th gear back

tidy up ECU wiring

micolor clamps all round and serious boost leak test

Right some progress updates

1) Clutch adjusted & bled and shifter refitted = 5th gear back

2) Carbon prop removed, stock prop fitted + urathane gearbox mount = vibrations over 90mph gone!

3) ECU wiring tidied up

4) Small fortune spent on Miklor clamps and fitted by Silverbullet = no more boost leaks

Result equals torque, torque and torque :)

No graphs today but making boost 1,000 rpm sooner, 500 ftlb of torque and similar power at 1.2bar compared to 1.6bar previously.

Still have ignition problems, Ryan is speaking to AEM about best way forward.

Thanks, measured the TB's the other day as needed to put beter fitting silicon reducers on and they are 70mm OD

Will let you know on the CAS, appreciate the offer!

Cool... Good to see...

Very intereted to see your final results as our specs are very similar and same turbos.

Little more progress today. Thanks to Ryan and Silverbullit as usual and special thanks to Zedworld for lending me 3 CAS units :) Armed with spares the first one worked flawlessly and after swapping out a dodgy spark plug I've finally gotten rid of my misfires!

Can now use full throttle which is nice and have updated dyno graphs. Peak figures are slightly down as this is at 1.3bar (1.6 previously) but look at the power band! :devil2:

Enough tuning for the winter, will go back to turn up the boost in the spring when the weather improves. Turbos are waiting to be unleashed so should be fun:taz:
