break lights

hi there guys since owning the zed the red warning light has been on, on the dash board on later inspection the break lights on the spoiler work fine but the 4 on the standard lights dont! checked the bulbs there fine and the connections seem to be fine! any ideas would be great cheers guys

    The "brake" lights to the rear clusters pass through the lights alert module which is located in the drivers side rear light, the spoiler brake light does not go through this module so it would appear you fault lies with it, either replace or link it out.

    Its the small black box, about size of a packet fo 20 cigarettes plugged into the light loom behind the boot panels.
