Howdy Allan,

I wasn't looking to sell it on here I was asking for advice on if anyone knew who would take it for scrap or spares/repair and would have done the whole thing over the phone with whoever.

So as I didn't renew my membership, due to the Z being off road getting the work done, there is no where on here I can post for advice?

You had anyluck luck selling yours?

prob is mate, its still advertising it on here, wether its over the phone or not, it was reported by someone and i had to act

ive just had someone on the phone today from ireland who seemed very interested, as soon as i repair the bottom end he is gonna come take a look, fingers crossed

Alright bud. I also read you email after I posted also.

I'll speak to you over email if you prefer?

nah, its fine to chat, to be honest it would be worth spending the £15 subs and getting it ad vertised on here, what exactly did it fail on

It failed on;

emissions

ns centre pipe leak

nsf headlight aim low

both wiper blades (had replacements)

osf seat belt

osr outer sill

nsr osr coil spring incorrectly seated.

It was going in body shop tomorrow to get the osr outer sill, spoiler reconditioned & paint touch up and machine polish (all for £300) but needed to check the MOT first.

And to be honest it sounds like it's running on 5 cylinders, something not quite right.

I'm gutted tho as just spent loads getting the electrics sorted, refurbed the callipers, all new tyres, battery, throttle body, plugs and leads, timing & cam belts all done.
