OK guys, having a weird problem. For some reason the car struggles to start first thing in the morning. It turns over but wont fire unless I depress the accelerator and pump it.

After that, I can turn the engine off and it will start straight away, this happens for the rest of the day. Only seems to happen when the car is left overnight.

Any thoughts as it is annoying me now!

try the water temp sensor that leads to the ECU, and don´t trust an ECU diagnostic to reveal the error..measure the resistance between the connectors on the sensor...mine did the same thing and that was the last thing I thought it could be.
