I'd say somewhere in the region of 500bhp.

The engine internals, management and fuelling would be capable of more but you seem to have put a limit on it with your turbo selection.

Turbo's are only a 4 bolt design mate, way too small for any serious power to match the fueling side of things and to be honest imo, the AEM ECU would be wasted on such piddly little blighters as i'd be surprised if you exceeded the limit of the MAF.

Get some bigger turbo's to go with that lot or if the turbo's are your price limit then you may as well save on some of the other stuff.

Your looking at about 450hp max at the flywheel with those tubs, which would be around 370-400 rwhp.

been looking for a pair od TD05-18G's but cant find a pair to purchase anywhere ! I have the greddy manifolds and wastegates but cant get the tubs to buy.

Have you already bought the above list or are you about to?

 

If your happy with the 525 turbo's, as already said, why not tone down the fuelling side and save a bit of coin?

I have the same set up as you but with Greddy TD05 18G tubs and Pentroof manifolds being built now.

I also have Tommie Cams and lifters and and fingers crossed im hoping for 600BHP.

I think i know where there are a set if 18Gs for sale.

If you mean the figures Legrath quoted then your very mistaken.Those tubs are good for 370rwhp as he said ;)
