Hi guys,

 

Just wondering if anyone has a spare CC switch panel from the steering wheel. I used to have one, but lost it. I need a photo of the back of one with the wiring viewable too.

Are you able to tell which colour wire goes to which button? The Maxima CC pod uses a red, yellow and blue wire. The Red wire is Res/Accel, yellow is cancel and blue is coast/set.

 

I also have another red wire, presumably this is a live for the horn, just like the brown is on the above?

Battery on my camera is completely flat but got my switch apart so can take pics for you in the morning

Technically, you only need 1 button. SET

You can cancel CC by using the master switch or the clutch/brake pedal.

Looking at those diagrams it looks like green and yellow are used to signal SET so basically get a microswitch and put it in whatever housing you can get it in.

Gonna try and re-use the headlamp washer switch on the right hand pod to do the signal for SET to the CC. Worth a try anyway :)
