May 7, 200916 yr How the hell do you get the metal pipes from the intercooler that tuck through the aperture by the radiator.......out. They have a mounting bracket on both ends. Do they come out without removing the anti roll bar.?
May 7, 200916 yr ive just done it mate, extremely difficult at a first glance. right first of all youl need to take all the rubber pipes off, and disconnect the intercoolers them selves. the re-circs i took off aswell (not too sure if u need to remove them, but i did) i removed the radiater aswel, gives u room to manuver. all the pipes are removed, by pulling themtowards the engine and then down. took me ages to do, but when the radiater was removed came out pritty easy. not that they are bolted to the body of the car by the re-circs (so youl need to remove the nose panel)
May 7, 200916 yr not that they are bolted to the body of the car by the re-circs (so youl need to remove the nose panel) sorry, NOTE that should have said. they ARE bolted to the car by the recircs. remember, they go towards the engine and down. dont try pulling them up, or try to pull them out towards the outside
