I have a few around the car and hate it!

Can't afford a full respray and they problaly would come back.. so wondering if theres actually anything we can do?

its just a matter of sanding or gringing them back down to bare metal and treating and spraying the affected area. i had to do it alot on wheel arches. make sure if ur doing the arches to check inside them and clean and treat them also as they will only come through again in time. there are lots of good primers and treatments out there to prevent this problem.

No mate in the body, like next to the T tops, between the back bumper and back lights and thats about it that i can see so far :(

waxoil is your friend , prevention is better than cure mate . get it doused in the summer if you can

I thought waxoyl is only for the bottom of the car and between doors can you actully spray it on top of the pain where the bubbles are?

no, not waxoil. You need to catch it before it spreads and get rid of the corrosion. Do as Richard says, and use a rust inhibitor primer. It would not cost much for a bodyshop to repair a small area like that and blend the paint in.
