forgot to take pics and mention it but it has a very very lovely rear splitter.anyone else seen this car or was at lydden?

All that work and it's STILL got its carrots! It's been around for ages. Personally think it's really overdone. Reminds me of the below.

Maybe it's the angle of the photo or distortion, but the camber on the rear wheel is completely out. It's got more positive camber than a Citroen 2CV!

I saw it too - a little bit ott, but the work had been done well - nothing looked like it was about to fall off, and yes, lovely Blitz wheels too! :D

Have none of you noticed that it's the same as Mac's car that everyone seems to love? LOL

 

Apart from the grey cut outs and the rear wing it's the same.

Same front, headlight panel, bonnet, tow eye, mirrors, wide arches etc.

Mac has changed his bonnet to a Border one since though - as have I :)

 

I seem to remember this car had the Paul Bailey round rear lights like mine later on?

Yeah I agree. Although I do quite like that wing for some crazy reason.

I know big wings aren't in at the moment but that one does kind of do it for me :nelson: LOL

 

I remember going to JAE with PaulG, Elmo and someone else (I forget who) in Paul's Z before it became the Fridge.

After seeing this white car not long before, Paul turns up with a Veilside Supra wing that they were selling off cheap at the end of the show.

Imagine 4 of us in a Z full of camping gear and a massive Veilside wing INSIDE the car for a 230 mile drive home! :mac1: :rofl:

I've cleaned up the front a little. Removed the nasty cutouts on the bonnet, tidied up the crap on the numberplate and fitted a smooth nose panel. MUCH better. Cleans it right up.

 

I tried to get rid of those crappy things on the bumper as well. Dunno what they are. I'd have fitted a Greddy front if I had photoshop.

 

But I did the lot on MS Paint! LOL
