I've got hay fever and it's erm ... not mild when it starts

but i aint even sneezed as yet !!!, they say certain people are affected by certain pollens?, the tabs i'm though do the trick within around 40 mins

Chris :D

The best trick someone told me is to buy local honey from as close a source as you can get (village shops etc).

Having it in your cuppa instead of sugar/on your cereal reduces the effects of your hayfever and sort of immunises you to the effects of the pollen.

True fact :D

Have you tried stopping drinking so much as it does tend to effect people in different ways!!!!!!! and may help you feel better in the morning and late at night as well

The day I believe that will be the day I fit a Veilside front bumper and round rear lights! :rofl:

Before anyone goes on a piss take..... I KNOW. You do look like a tit, BUT;

Well worth a look. Use once in the morning, again when you get home, and before bed, and it does the trick. I pissed my pants when I got told about it. I went to a German doc for industrial strength pills 4 years ago, and been using this ever since.

Haven't had to touch a pill or spray at all. And it helps when you have the sniffles too.

Although that looks a good bit more than what I paid. I think it was 50 euro back then. If you are interested I will try to remember to price them up at the weekend.

Like I said, look like a tit, but at least in private. Nothing is worse than trying to deal with a punter while you drown in your own snot.

At one point I had to give up riding the bike because I was so bad with the hay fever. Now I can stash that in my bag just incase, and it has never failed to work.

Worth it for sure.

I started taking tablets a couple of weeks ago, get really fed up with hayfever, the time of year you want to be out in the sun on the bike etc and I end up staying inside all day as I feel so bad if I go outside.

when i go to Cahros where her old man lives thats the worst as there is something there that really sets my hayfeaver off.

yes Si i take tablets on the table :D

I found that it takes a few days to be spot on, then 3 times a day and as needed for a couple of weeks does the trick.
