Would I be better off with Polyurethane Sub Frame Bushing Set or Z1 Solid Subframe Bushings??

Also is this the best value for money kit on these parts??

What else should I do to improve handling??

I bought all the poly bushes (excluding diff), whiteline arb's and adjustable drop links from Luke at zcentre, they are all high quality and I'm expecting the car to be much tighter when i've put them all in. Can't say what the z1 sets are like but they do look good. Give Luke a call he'll point you in the right direction.

solid will give you a hard, noisier ride but makes the most of the suspension. Poly is more forgiving and less noisy but you lose a little.

ย

Depends what the purpose of the car is and what you would like to put up with?

Id start with poly bushing all the suspension bits and just buy some subframe spacers unless your planning to remove the rear subframe? if you are then definalty fit some uprated bushings.

ย

All depends how far you wanna go with it all, you could buy adjustable bottom arms which rid of the lower bushings all together.

ย

most common suspension mods are adjustable camber arms front and rear, adjustable front tension rods. poly bush all the suspension arms, rid of hicas. adjustable antiroll bars with poly bushings and adjusatble drop links.

As Jimmy says unless your removing the subframe anyway (and even if you are removing it then be aware that its a pig of a job to replace the bushes) leave the subframe bushes alone and get a set of Subframe spacers instead.

ย

The AMS Arms you linked are popular and a good upgrade.

ย

Also consider either adjustable solid anti-roll bars, or new ARB droplinks and a UK rear ARB (if its a jap car). Solid steering joint bushing and polyurethane steering rack bushes.
