No....lol. You're only as old as the woman you feel and with mine being only 21, I don't quite feel 30 yet! Been told I don't look it, so I'll just keep thinking I'm in my mid 20s for now!

 

Thanks everyone. Had a great weekend. Flew out to Sardinia with Maddie on Friday morning, hired a car out and drove down the coast to Cala Gonone to a very nice newly built 4 star hotel over looking the mountains and bay, spent Friday and Saturday in Sardinia before driving up to Santa Teresa Gallura (on the northern tip) to take the ferry over to Bonifacio in Corsica, a beautiful island that I've not been to in 20 years. Drove up the coast there too. Fantastic roads (but crazy) as ever! All in all a very nice weekend.

did you spot any Z's out there?

Zs would be the most impractical cars over there. If you've ever seen the roads out there, you'd understand why. I saw a guy trying to ease his Ferrari 360 off the Moby Bastia (ferry) and it took him ages. Then I watched with amusement as he tried to negotiate the crazy curves of the narrow roads in Bonifacio. I had a little Peugeot 207 and found roads tight and some impassable even in that! Certainly wouldn’t take the Z to Sardinia, but there are a few roads in Corsica that would be fun. The road heading out of Bonifacio toward Propriano would have been one I would take the Z on, but only on the coastal bits. The rest would just be a ‘mare to have the Z with.

 

Needless to say, I didn't see a Z. Infact the only time I've seen a Z abroad was in the US...and they are plentiful over there. Never seen any in Europe despite knowing there are a few over there. They are just ubber rare.
