My silver Z :(

my first car, yellow mini with full bodykit and shag pile dash:)

My cavalier

and my mazda MX6

all my main cars really, not the metro's I always ended up with after I broke the descent cars

Haven't got any pics but it has to be the Pug 205 GTI. Have had 4 of the 1.6L engine ones over the past 10 years. Those things are simply smiles on wheels LOL.:):)

Also had a Mk2 Escort RS 1600 sport for a while. Bright orange with a black vinyl roof, blueprinted lump with a 4 speed rocket box. Had koni suspension and RS spec wheels and interior. Awesome car. :):)

haha at the plastic pig under the tree theres some nice cars there you lot have had what annoys me even more about selling my car was the fact that i sold the car with the number plate on the car

now i know its a long shot but there has gotta be someone called matt with an m reg 300 lol would have made an extra few quid :(

I dont have any pictures of the actual car as it was before the time of digital cameras but this one I have found is pretty much identical, my Celica XT, I was 20 years old and the car was at the time I bought it 5 years old and seen as pretty cool by my mates, if that was still on the road I would buy it back without a second thought.

I should never have sold the Black RS500 I bought brand new from The local Ford RS dealer in 1987.

Pics are all on paper as Mr gates hadnt invented Windows 95 then never mind digi cameras;)

On the plus side I had 9 months fun with it and sold it for the same money I paid for it:dance:

no pics here either but..

a genuine TWR jaguar xjs 6 litre..only 2 years old when i had it and paid a load of money for it

1993 full size ford bronco which funny enough i shipped over TO california when i lived there as i loved the car so much..enough to ship it back here:eek: then sold it to a welsh farmer.

tried to re-live my bronco memories a year or so back with another but it just did'nt cut the ice for me sadly..but yes ime really sorry i never still had my jag which btw only had about 30,000 on the clock when it went and looked like it was 6 weeks old:cry:

I had a great MK3 VW Golf GTi 16v. Fantastic little car that I sold to get the zed. Really wish I still had it.

Nothing wrong with a Veccy VXR! They really are rather rare as well.

How did that perform? - out of interest.

had a mk2 Supra flared arch model with lcd dash when i was 21 loved it to bits, also a 1.9 205 gti, s1 rs turbo and more recently my 200sx s14a all great cars and gave me my car fix at the time.

I do miss my Audi s6 and my audi 2.3 20v quattro:cry::cry::cry: should never had sold my green beast!!

add pic

The list goes om and on.

My first car was a 1934 Austin 10,second car Austin 12/4 both donated to me by my Dad.

Joke was back in the 60,s he paid 20 quid for the Austin 10 and 25 for the Austin 12/4.both in good condition.

My 3rd car was a 1960 TVR grantura, 105e stage2 Ford engine with twin Webbers, so much power kept breaking half shafts, paid 350 quid for this, then purchased a 1964 MGB Roadster, again only 550 quid, then a 1963 Austin Healey 3000 Mk 11 with a full wide arch bodykit and 10 j front wheels and 12 j rears, in looks it looked like an AC Cobra, crazy price 350 quid, then a 1987 Mustang Convertaball 900 quid.

I just wish at the time if I had known how all of these would have become collectable I would have kept all of them and be sitting on a small fortune

Cheerz

Chris.

I bought an old Cavalier GSi about 5 years ago as a daily driver and loved it! I fitted some H&R springs to it and some Bilstein shocks and it handled like it was on rails. Seldom see them anymore, but I still think they look good. Despite the harshness of the 20XE, it still went well.

Do kinda miss this car.

I also had a very very rare Citroen ZX 16v when I was about 19 or 20. Great handling car with a fantastic engine. Despite being a Citroen, it was suprisingly well screwed together. It was the base that the Peugeot GTi-6 spawned from.

Whilst this is not a photo of mine, it was exactly the same as this (bar the reg and the fact that it was RHD!)

I'd love to find a mint condition one of these as it's certainly a car I'd still like to own.

I don't really miss any of the more modern stuff I've owned. Always had a thing for 80s and 90s cars. Anything newer doesn't really float my boat design-wise.

Miss my Vectra C estate though. The 1.9 CDTi engine and 6 speed box were great and made long motorway journeys nice and relaxing.

I suppose I SHOULD miss this. It was an Astra 2.0 that I fitted a Calibra V6 engine to. It started life as a bog standard car, but I fitted all sorts of GM stuff to it. Had it for a good few years and the reason I liked it was the fact that I could always tinker around with it. Got a few magazine features, but I don't miss it to drive, just miss it to mess about on.

my 2.3 MKIII capri

Very interesting, as the 2.3 was never available over here in the UK!

Mine was my first 2.8 Injected Capri, she was an awesome car to drive with none of the modern technology to stop you from having a crash, the only thing there to stop you crashing was yourself!! :D

And what's all these excuses about there not being digital cameras back in those days? It's called using a scanner and scan your old photographs! ;) Just like I've done above!
