hi people,

got my zed back today from "jimmer" on here. he totally rebuilt my engine with all the little jobs that your standard mechanic would and could not do!!!

total strip down, rebore, skim, valve seat and polish, any bad stuff replaced with good stuff, forged internals..... the list is endless!!!!

(got myself some Z1 525 tubs, and boy, do they kick ur ass into the chair!!)

all backed with a complete break down in photographs. (i got approx 30 pics, start to finish), and it only took 4 weeks!!!!!!

any way, if you are reading this jim, a big thank you mate, just wish i knew you a few years ago, could have saved a small fortune throwing money at my zed, trying to get the most from her, when all it needed was a rebuild by someone who knows what they are doing.

i am 40 this year, and driving my zed back home today from "jimmer", made me feel like i was 18 again!!! (and no smoke in the rear mirror!!!)

thanks again bud,

al.

WOW what an awesome thank you! :D

I only ever hear great things about Jimmer - nice one

Jimmer is one of the few people I'd let work on my car. Despite being a good friend, it's easy for anyone to see that he takes pride in his work.

Glad you're happy mate!

if you want a rebuild, he is the man!!!

i drove 350 miles to get my 300 to him, and travelled, by train, for 5 hours, to pick my 300 up when it was finished. worth every penny spent for travelling and rebuild costs, and every hour travelled.
