Namely the cracks around the Lights, they were blended in but not long after i go it back from spraying cracks started to show.... a case of bad blending i think, and has annoyed and bugged me since....

so today armed with my dremal and filler and sand paper i set to work.....

Here what they looked like this morning....

would it be an idea to also reinforce the join from the inside?

TBH it was just a surface crack, i ground down until i couldnt see the crack any more, and it was/is about 10mm deep so i dont think it'll come back..... but it'll be a few months before the paint goes on so should give it enought time to settle and come back if it's going to.....

Nice one Neil - that must of been bloody annoying!! Least its done propa this time :D

Thats the thing with filling, it takes ages to settle and will always show up after its been painted unless the filler is left for ages. Annoying as my front bumper is now beginning to show the signs of where the number plate holder bit used to be :(

Yeah sure does BUT will you not be putting your number plate there anyway???

Number plate will be a sticker one. And will be fitted just above where the holder used to be.

Just to clean the front of the car up, the number plate spoils a great looking bumper. I will put the number plate on the lower lip.

Fair enough :D Was just wondering :)

I plan to sikaflex an ali plate behind the number plate holder then some fiber glass filler to build it up then some body filler.
