Seriously what the f'ck... oh some poor sod just spent all his money on that car, and a tank drives over it and just leaves.. WTF!

    Could be the same deal as money vans, i.e. not allowed to stop for security reasons (could be an ambush etc.). Unlikely I know, but they could be stretching the rules.

     

     

     

    Still funny, you can just imagine the look on the guys face. And when he get's home - "Honey, you'll never guess what happened to me today...."
