No, this isn't a joke thread. Few things have happened lately which has made me take another look at my life (not money related). I've completely lost interest in cars including my Z. Sufice to say that I am very seriously thinking about putting it up for sale. I never thought I'd say it.

 

I dunno whether I'm making a good decision or a bad one. Yes, I do know all the 'you'll regret it mate' things. But I just really have zero interest in it anymore.

Si if your not bothered about the money then there is no need to sell it. stick in in your garage and put a cover over it. come back to it in a few years :)

Si, Id garage it or put it in Storage for a while as previously suggested! Have a break as it seems you need 1 (and i mean from everything!)

 

youve not driven the Zed much by the sounds of it and i know recently when you did you loved the attention you got (LINKY!) and i even Quote from it when you do go for a drive in it you realise what you missed!!!

 

That was only 2weeks ago so we all know you do love it just life is a bit shite for you at the moment (Seems it i don't know the in's and outs) so take a break! Feel better and then you can thank us all for bringing you even closer to your Zed!

It the end of the day it's up to you, but you wanna make sure that its the right decision for you. Leave it a couple of months to decide and have a good think about it. you wont ever find a Z like yours if you sell it (unless you can buy it back;))

Come on mate, can you imagine anyone who would look after your car like you do? Would you want to see it written off in a ditch, covered in rust, badly polished or have a stupid bodykit fitted to it?

 

I didn't think so, now get a grip and think logically this is the zed blues its gets us all. The amount of times i've nearly sold my zed then taken it for a drive in the blazing sunshine, roof off and i fall in love with it all over again.

 

Wait till the summer and give yourself a week of driving it every day and you'll love it again

I lost interest in running/using my original blue 71 240Z, so I just sold it. I used to say Id never sell it but I did.

Never had any regrets afterwards and the new owner is happy with it. Life goes on.

c'mon Si, how much do you want for it? I have a set of Neon lights ready to go under that car and a set of wheel spinners. Add to that a night rider flashing light and it will be my perfect car.
